Secure Wireless Client - MAC OS X These following instructions are for setting up a secure wireless connection for the MAC OS X operating system. 1.  Open the Hard drive. If it hasn’t been changed already, change the view by going to View -> click As Columns Click Applications. Click Internet Connect. 2.  Click File -> New VPN Connection   3.  Confirm PPTP is selected. Click Continue. 4.  In the “Server Address” field you MUST enter: 192.168.1.1 In the Account Name and Password field you must enter your UNLV Wireless account username and password. 5.  Click Connect. Wireless traffic will now be encrypted. 6.  When disconnecting, you will be given the option of saving this configuration. Choose a name. Click Save.
